Change or modify an order

We understand that sometimes plans change. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, making changes to items in your order isn't possible. However, you can opt to cancel the order if it hasn't been dispatched yet.


Once your order has been completed (meaning placed, paid and processed in the warehouse), additional changes like changing the delivery address or personal details are only possible after consulting with our support team and before your order has been dispatched. However these changes are not guaranteed.


If your order was already shipped, it is not possible to modify it but you can return it once you receive it. For more information please consult our Return process article.
