Once your order is completed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or modified. Please follow the guidelines below based on your specific needs:
If you need to make any changes to an order, once you have received it, please contact us via our chatbot Hal, and we will help you return it.
We understand that sometimes plans change. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, making changes to it isn't possible. However, you can opt to cancel the order if it hasn't been dispatched yet.
Modifying Items in Your Order
- If you've already obtained the tracking information for your parcel, please directly contact the carrier handling your delivery. Choose to refuse the package from them, and it will then be sent back to us. Upon noticing the status “returned to sender” on your tracking system, please contact us via our chatbot Hal so that we can assist with your refund.

Already Received Your Order

You can return an order to us under the conditions stated in section 8 of Trezor Terms and Conditions.
We will send you a full refund minus shipping costs. You can then create a new order with the desired items.
