Change or modify an order

Unfortunately, once your order has been completed it is not possible to change, cancel, or modify it.

If you need to make any changes to an order, once you have received it, please contact us via our chatbot Hal, and we will help you return it.

This means we can only wait until the consignment reaches your destination.

  • You can reject the package upon delivery. If you do not accept the package, the courier may ask you to sign a confirmation of refusal and they will send the package back to us. Afterwards, we will be able to issue a refund for your order minus the shipping costs.
  • If you are receiving it via the post office, please collect the parcel and contact us for instructions on how to return the parcel. You can find out more information on returns in this article.

You can return an order to us under the conditions stated in section 8 of Trezor Terms and Conditions.

 We will send you a full refund minus shipping costs. You can then create a new order with the desired items.
