Unfortunately, due to the secure design of the product, we are unable to re-sell a product once it has been opened.
An order can be returned as long as it meets the terms of our refund policy; please review them under section 7 of our e-shop Terms and Conditions.
A return request must be initiated within fifteen (15) days of your order being delivered. To qualify for a refund the product(s) must be returned unused and sealed in the original package with all original materials provided in their original condition.
Please understand that Trezor devices are security products and are sealed to ensure the device has not been used before it reaches our customers. Our products cannot be resold or refunded once these seals have been broken or the packaging has been opened.
We are transparent about this in the terms agreed to at checkout.
