Confirmation email not received

After making a purchase on the Trezor e-shop, a confirmation e-mail is sent to your mailbox. If you do not receive this email please check your spam folder.
 

Once the order is shipped, you will receive another email with your invoice and your tracking information.

  • Payment ID or order ID (e.g. 1674037079)
  • Proof of payment
  • e-mail address used to create the order
