Double charged for an order

If you suspect that your order was paid for twice, please get in touch via our chatbot Hal who will help resolve your issue.
 

Your request should include the following information:
 

  • Payment IDs from your orders (TX IDs in case of crypto payments)
  • Proof of payment for each order (a screenshot from your internet banking is sufficient)
