Michelle had a depth of knowledge and way of communicating that made it easy to understand, and comprehend not only all the steps of getting my Trezor set up and doing initial crypto demonstrations, but also in answering several of my questions, some of which were technically detailed. You can reschedule your Trezor Expert Onboarding Session once, but you must do so at least 72 hours before the session begins. Rescheduling isn’t possible if your session is scheduled to start within 72 hours.
