Trezor support was extremely helpful. Through no fault of theirs, our post office enacted this ridiculous rule and refused to delivery my device and Trezor graciously resent it...(including the P.O. Box number) again, at no additional charge. The support person also followed up with me to make sure I received the delivery OK. I highly recommend Trezor!

After completing your order on the Trezor Shop, you’ll get a purchase confirmation email with a link to schedule your session. Select a date and time from the available options, and you’ll soon be on your way to setting up your Trezor.
Can I reschedule my session?
You can reschedule your Trezor Expert Onboarding Session once, but you must do so at least 72 hours before the session begins. Rescheduling isn’t possible if your session is scheduled to start within 72 hours.
How do I prepare for the session?
After completing your order, you’ll receive a link to watch a prep video. Additionally, make sure you have a compatible USB cable, pen, stable internet connection, secure environment, and your Trezor device ready in your hands.
