The Trezor Expert was very patient and properly detailed everything in a very “explain-like-I’m-technology-challenged” way. While I find the initial process of transferring my crypto, Trezor is fast in responding to questions and the paid help is well worth the money. I am struggling a bit with selling some of my crypto, the first try did not go thru and now I have a bit of trepidation. Will most likely pay for some help for my first sell.

My two Trezor 7s was delivered in a wet damaged box i was concerned that the items could potentially be omprimised so I immediately contacted Jan from Trezor, she was great, very accommodating and understanding, I was instructed to send the items back at no cost and was offered either a full refund or replacement at no extra cost, I ended up choosing the replacements and received it a week later. I would highly recommend this company for its attention to detail and quick response, very happy customer

I had a problem of swaping on Trezor Suite. Means the token 1 was sent but no token 2 on my account. Fortunately it was resolved one hour later and I didn't understand how. Meanwhile I sent a message to the Trezor Team and received an answer very rapidly. When I explained that I needed nomore help, the team was pretty fair and kind. I appreciated a lot!

Does what you can expect from a cold wallet. It lacks native monero support still but I had no issue about other coins. Works fast, UX/UI is good
