If you have not received the parcel, but the status shows it has been delivered, we recommend you try the following steps:
- Ask your neighbours/reception/family members if they have received your consignment.
- Reach out to the delivery company and have them check their internal system - they may know exactly where the package was left, or they may have other useful information.
If your package still cannot be found, please get in touch via our
