Card payment issues

If you are having trouble completing your payment or your purchase has been declined, there might be an issue with your payment card. There are a few steps you can take to try and remedy the situation.

The cookies stored by your browser might be one of the issues. You can try one of the following workarounds:

  • Clearing your browser cache
  • Using a 'private' or 'incognito' window to pay for the order
  • Using a different browser.


Other common issues:

  • Your card may be expired
  • The CVV was mistyped
  • Insufficient funds
  • Your card requires a confirmation through SMS or your banking app (3D secure authentication)
  • Your card was issued in a different country than the country you have selected in your delivery address
 

If your card continues to be declined, please reach out to your bank to determine if this could be the issue, or if there is something else that is causing your payment to fail.
