At Trezor, we are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Just as our hardware wallets keep your crypto assets safe and secure, our privacy practices are designed to safeguard the personal data you entrust to us.


In line with this commitment, we want to provide you with transparency regarding how we collect, use, and manage your personal information. This includes any data you may have shared while utilizing our services.


Below, we've outlined details of the types of personal data we collect from you, our primary reasons for collecting such data, the retention period for your data, and any additional notes of importance that may affect the handling of your data.

Order processing from the Trezor eShop
Order fulfillment upon purchase made from our eShop First name, Last name, Address, Country, State, Phone number, Email For processing and shipping orders and related payments of orders The data collected is stored for 90 days. After 90 days, all data collected for orders, that are completed or canceled, is deleted on our side. Exceptions apply for ongoing order-related issues. We are mandated to keep all invoice data for 10 years due to legal requirements. These invoices are kept in a separate environment as an encrypted backup.
Order delivery
Delivery of orders First name, Last name, Address, Country, State, Phone number, Email To ensure delivery to the correct address The data collected is stored for 90 days. After 90 days, all data collected for orders, that are completed or canceled, is deleted on our and fulfillment’s side. This data is passed on to shipping services that we use based on the user's location.

Exceptions to the 90-day storing of data apply for ongoing order-related issues.
Payments for Orders
Fiat payment processing (via our third-party partner) First name, Last name, Email, Phone, Address, Credit card To process payments securely Data is stored by our third-party provider for up to 7 years.  
Crypto Payment processing (via our third-party partner) Transaction details, including address, and transaction IDs.

Email in case of payment issues including overpayments or underpayments.
For refunds or addressing overcharges As per law, the third-party provider is obligated to retain all important data related to the transactions for 5 years after the termination of the relationship with Trezor.  
Client Support

Physical address in the cases of resends.
To provide customer service and support Data is anonymized for closed tickets after 120 days. For order related to resends, tickets may include Address, Country, State, and Phone number. We're enhancing our processes to exclude this information from the ticketing system.
