Issues with Electrum

Information on how to use Trezor with Electum can be found in this article.

If your Trezor device is not detected and you see the following window:

  

 

we need to know whether the issue is with the connection in general or if the issue is related to the given wallet only.

Can you access Trezor Suite
 

If you cannot access Trezor Suite:
 
  • Try reconnecting your Trezor
  • Restart your computer
  • Try a different USB cable
  • Try a different USB port
  • Connect Trezor directly without USB hub or adapter
  • Try a different computer
