If it appears that you've had an order cancelled after you've paid, you most likely accidentally created multiple orders at a similar time and paid for one but abandoned the others.
- Your paid order will be shipped, but you may receive order cancellation notifications for the other order(s).
- All unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 4 days. Check the order ID to confirm which order was cancelled.
