Item missing from package

If any products are missing from your package, please follow these steps:
 

  • Check your invoice to confirm that you have ordered the specific product.
  • Send us a photo of the contents of the package, even if the package is empty, along with a photo of the shipping label.
  • Make sure you have your order number ready.
