Own your data like a boss with Trezor

I live on Svalbard, where the selected shipping companies generally don't deliver, but the Trezor customer service team found a solution for me so the delivery could be arranged.

I bought a trezor at full price and a few days later it went on sale before mine had arrived 40% off. I asked if they would honor the sale price and to my amazement they did, they refunded me the 40% they didn't have to do that. They clearly value a good experience and as such I will shop with them again.

I had some serious questions about the security of my bitcoin on my Trezors The feedback and response time from Trezor was excellent. I have used their products for the last 7 to 8 years and have been very pleased and will be looking at their newest version that they are making available.

The Trezor folks are a pleasure to work with. Their website is easy to navigate and includes links to helpful spec sheets and training resources. Their customer service is excellent. They are happy to assist you, and communicate promptly if you have any questions or issues. They even offer a course you can take on their products and technology. I ordered a Trezor 5, but by the time I received it, they had released the Trezor 7. I asked if I could return my 5 and get the 7. No problem! They sent me a return label for the 5, and processed a new order for the 7 as soon as they received the 5. I find these folks professional, reliable, and very easy to communicate with.

The Trezor person assigned to me answered all my many questions with patience and clarity. I was then able to complete my trade. I highly recommend them.
