Ok, so I'm a user of trezor safe 7 charcoal black. It is not exactly perfect. The most annoying issue was a temporal loss of assets because the app can't connect to the backend all day and find them, really annoying. But overall great experience, great token support, you finally feel that you own your own money, and it looks very nice! It is pleasant to look, pleasant to configure, pleasant to touch. It is entirely open-source, it has all the coins I need. It will not suddenly block you and say that you're something something like Bitget did to me. Worth all the money.

I was having difficulty entering the correct passphrase on the device, the letters getting replaced by asterisks as you type. This disappearing action gives no feedback on the entry. I was advised by Customer Support that the whole passphrase can be seen at once by tapping the row containing the passphrase. The reply came promptly, within 24 hours, saving me a lot of effort as I didn't know of this feature before.
