I had my Trezor onboarding with Nick who was really nice and very patient with me. I was linking up my second Trezor to my Trezor suite, and he made it all easy, and gave me some fabulous advice on safety and security.

Great setup support
I ordered 2 Trevor Safe 7’s and noticed they shipped from different locations so emailed Trezor and Martin replied assuring me that both locations were legit, he asked me to photograph the devices when they arrived which I did, he then confirmed all looked good and asked me to confirm that there was no firmware installed, which again I did. I then noticed that 4 seed words were identical in the setup of the 2 devices, which I considered statistically impossible but again Martin assured me this was normal for the type of wallets, ie single seed, not multi sig. I consider this great that I decided to add 2 more devices. At the same time I had ordered a ledger nano x which arrived with a dead battery and the message: cannot charge.
Helpful and engaged
The support requested screenshot and video to illustrate the situation in the very first email. Not a difficulty for me, I sent the media. In the meanwhile I solved my issues and sent an email informing them about it. The reply from the support was confirming my understanding (with informative screenshots) and highlighted that my tickets still demonstrates there was a room for improvement in the Trezor Suite app UI/UX. I felt supported and heard. The support member engaged in the product quality. Issues solved and improvement being shared with the dev team. Very good.

Intuitive and User Friendly
This was my first time setting up a hardware wallet. Shawn was a pleasure to work with in setting up the trezor wallet. He was incredibly helpful by making sure I understood the fundamentals of protecting assets on the platform including protection from scams. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to take ownership of their digital assets to get a Trezor wallet and do the expert onboarding session.
Professional, security-focused support with a fair resolution
I had a Trezor device become unresponsive following a firmware update, which is obviously stressful given the nature of the product. From start to finish, the support team handled the situation professionally and with a strong focus on security.
Support clearly explained each step, verified proof of purchase, and guided the replacement process in a way that prioritised preventing misuse of faulty hardware. Communication was consistent, expectations were set clearly, and follow-ups were timely.
The replacement was approved and shipped via DHL, arrived as advised, and was received with factory seals intact. While the process is understandably strict, it felt appropriate given the security context, and I appreciated that no shortcuts were taken.
Overall, this was a solid example of responsible customer support for a security-critical product. I’m satisfied with the outcome and confident continuing to use Trezor hardware.

For some reason my Trezor stopped working. (I had my seed phrase, and my crypto was safe) I was pleased that Trezor replaced my defective Trezor.
Some bugs here and there
Some bugs here and there. Relatively cheap lowest tier device (on sale), has sane security policies. Not the best support for coins.

The Expert session was very valuable explaining the basics of self custody using our Trezor device. Together we followed the set-up for our wallet and step by step followed the recovery process. Each step of the way Shawn was encouraging, patient and knowledgeable. We feel more confident about our crypto experience.

The customer service was superb. Lidus assisted me in troubleshooting the problem I was having and brought the situation to an acceptable end. I have used Trezors for 5+ years and this was the first problem I encountered.
