Chatbot HAL & Trezor Forum NO help, only direct Trezor Support worked!
After having absolutely NO help at all through the Chatbot Help HAL, and after having NO help at all through the recommended Trezor Forum portal, I eventually got the help I needed directly form Trezor Support after applying & waiting for a ticket. So in the end my problem was sorted, but it was not an enjoyable experience having first to jump through those other hoops without any success.
