I'm not sure if I'm supposed to disclose this, but they refuned the money for a mistake of a purchase and they didn't allow me to send back the device. I felt guilty for purchasing it to in the first place, however it was nice they refunded the money. I feel badly that I couldn't actually return the device. But they are protecting their repuation making sure no devices could possibly be tampered with so it makes sense. Its a good company.

Ok, so I'm a user of trezor safe 7 charcoal black. It is not exactly perfect. The most annoying issue was a temporal loss of assets because the app can't connect to the backend all day and find them, really annoying. But overall great experience, great token support, you finally feel that you own your own money, and it looks very nice! It is pleasant to look, pleasant to configure, pleasant to touch. It is entirely open-source, it has all the coins I need. It will not suddenly block you and say that you're something something like Bitget did to me. Worth all the money.
