Fantastic Customer Service
2 days prior to Trezor's announcement of their Black Friday discount, I purchased 2 Keep Metal backups. Each unit would be discounted by 30%. Obviously, I wanted the discount, but didn't want to order another 2 units because I wanted to save on resources and avoid the return fee. I explained my situation to Hal and was forwarded to a representative, who refunded me 30% of the total amount I paid.

I had only one very short question for a Trezor rep and wondered if I would be wasting my one hour session and the money for it. Shawn was very professional and answered all of my questions with helpful explanation in simple English that I could understand. Because my wife had a hacker in her phone and computer, I wanted to have a proper call with a rep to secure my crypto investment. Thanks for all your help Shawn. Our IT person told me to stay off my email as well for the last two weeks so this response is late. I am ordering a second Trezor 5 for Deb as soon as I get this done. Looking forward to a bit more help to set up Deb`s Trezor when we get it.
Model T is easier to use than Ledger Nano wallet
I appreciate the touch screen interface on my Model T. I first bought a Ledger Nano wallet but found the user interface to be very primitive so I never actually used it. The Model T also interfaces nicely with Exodus, my favorite soft wallet.

Trezor knows how to deal with phishing attempts!
I'm very satisfied with how promptly Trezor responded to my question, with the detail of the clarifications, and with their overall attentiveness. As for the problem that led me to write - the daily phishing attempts - in fact I haven't had any more, so I would say that whatever they did is working! Many congratulations to the whole team who assisted me and dedicated themselves to this matter.

I had the pleasure of working with Nick to transfer (recover) my digital wallet from my old Trezor (original grey) to my Trezor Safe3. This situation was a bit confused so Nick had to spend a bit of time figuring out the best and least complex way of getting my all set up and working. Nick provided focused, confident and stellar support. I would highly recommend upgrading to one of the latest Trezor devices as there are much better systems integrated and no need to worry about- Trezor’s support team (especially Nick) will make sure you are well taken care of and covered for your crypto currency needs. The support bot was actually helpful and got the details to a customer rep very efficiently. The rep resolved the issue almost immediately. The support that I needed was related to a promotion, so not even really an issue with the purchase. All around positive experience.
