I had a problem of swaping on Trezor Suite. Means the token 1 was sent but no token 2 on my account. Fortunately it was resolved one hour later and I didn't understand how. Meanwhile I sent a message to the Trezor Team and received an answer very rapidly. When I explained that I needed nomore help, the team was pretty fair and kind. I appreciated a lot!

Does what you can expect from a cold wallet. It lacks native monero support still but I had no issue about other coins. Works fast, UX/UI is good

I found the setup video's on the website already very helpful and clear but I wanted to be able to ask questions so I booked an appointment.
