When my safe 3 failed within 2 years, I wasn't sure what I would get with the customer support.
After describing the issue, I was asked to upload a video showing the problem and evidence of purchase.
Within 24 hours after I first reached out to support, I was told that my case had been reviewed and a full refund would be made.
Having a device fail unexpectedly is disappointing but it is nice to get such quick responses when something goes wrong.
Long-term user of all Trezor models
I’ve been using Trezor for several years now and own every model they’ve released. Overall, I’m very satisfied – the setup is always intuitive, and the Trezor Suite app remains user-friendly even when managing multiple devices. I appreciate the build quality and the consistent focus on security. Regarding their customer support, they respond relatively quickly and always get straight to the point, which isn't always the norm in the crypto world. The only minor downside is the occasional slow data sync within the app, but otherwise, it’s a top-tier product that I highly recommend.

Always Check Before Giving Out Information!
I received a letter in the mail from what I thought was TREZOR. It really looked ligitimate. It was introducing Authentication Check, a new security feature designed to provide greater confidence in the safety of my transactions. It said it was mandatory and to avoid any distruption to my Trezor access, please scan the QR code and follow the instructions. Which I did, then they asked for my key phrase. Which finally caused a red flag to enter my brain. I stopped and contacted TREZOR via their website. I was told it was fraud. They also sent several video's to educate me.
I felt like the expert consultation was well worth the time and money spent.

I have found that creating more problems of my own can be ultimately sorted out after contacting support who have all the answers. I have requested help in the past and support has always come through. The technicals of Crypto are made more efficient through familiarisation and although progressing will require the readers attention. Have some trust in yourself and be assured the support team are there for you
