Tristan was extremely patient with my "newbie" starter questions & also helped greatly with using my Trezor on Linux and also Monero crypto, both of which I suspect are less common topics for your usual tech support.

Both of my onboarding sessions really helped me out being new to crypto and only having very basic computer skills. I look forward to more training sessions. I feel I still need more guidance to feel comfortable moving crypto on and off the exchange to wallet.

I tried for an hour to remove a ETH CLASSIC from the left column and with his email in 5 seconds it was corrected

Customer Service is well organized and consistent which allowed me to feel more confident in the procedures. The announcements concerning appointment time were placed at just the moments in assuring me all was well and still on board. I have very good experience with Trezor. One i got a couple yesr sgo snd works well. Last month i ordered second for my girlfriend and courrier from gls company give that to another else. Helpdesk of Trezor was pretty fine, fast communication and really want to deal with this situatio . At the end, Trezor send me the new one and I am happy with them. Thank you one more time.

Trezor was my first Hardware Wallet and i would never change the Brand. From Trezor one over Trezor 5 i never had any issues. The Products are easy to understand an and use. Quality Wise the Hardware is very nice to touch and handle. The Trezor Hotline is thru mail very active in case you have questions. Their patience with me as a customer is unmatched. So if you think of getting a hardware wallet make sure you use Trezor Hardware. A decision you will never regret!
