RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization

There are two possible ways to proceed with a damaged device:

  1. Damaged upon arrival: If you received a damaged package or device, kindly send us a few photos of the shipping envelope with the label visible, along with images of the damaged items.

  2. Device malfunction during warranty: If your device stopped working within the 2-year warranty period, please provide a short video demonstrating the issue, and we will initiate the RMA process accordingly.
