Move from Ledger to Trezor - Good Move
Have swapped over from Ledger, I found Trezor 5 a great choice. Easy to set up (I am a Mac user), good interaction with the Trezor Suite on the iPhone, linked to a well set out interface. The only reason I never gave it 5 Stars was the clunky USB cable which accompanies the product, and the fact that I received a black unit, when in fact I ordered green.

Exceptional Customer Service - Problem Solved Quickly I purchased a Trezor last week and while the ordering process was flawless, unfortunately the package got lost and never arrived at the pickup point. I contacted Trezor's customer support on Saturday, and I was truly impressed by their response. After verifying that the package was indeed lost, they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent. By Friday, I had received the new package. The customer service team was professional, efficient, and made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. They took full responsibility for resolving the issue even though it wasn't their fault. Highly recommend both the product and the company behind it!

I experienced a delivery issue with UPS, which left my parcel stuck in an inaccessible pickup point. Despite the situation not being caused by them, Trezor’s support team handled everything professionally.
