Expected delivery times

All orders are usually processed and handed over to the delivery provider within 1 day. However, estimated delivery times can vary from country to country.

Please note we do not dispatch packages during weekends and public holidays. See the list of public holidays here.

Packages shipped out of the EU need to have their customs fees paid separately to the delivery company.

Delivery within the UK

  • There are two available options Standard shipping and Expedited shipping.
  • Delivery service provider is Evri or Royal Mail, operated by ShipMonk.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2 - 3 business days.

Delivery within the USA

  • The only available option is Standard Delivery US.
  • Delivery service provider is UPS, OnTrac and others operated by ShipMonk.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2 - 5 business days.

Delivery in Europe and to the rest of the world (except the UK and USA)

Within the EU

Standard shipping

  • 3–5 business days after the order is processed and the package has been dispatched.
  • Shipped with PPL

Express shipping

  • 1–2 business days after the order is processed and the package has been dispatched.
  • Shipped with DHL and UPS
Non-EU countries
  • Operated by DHL, UPS
  • Delivery takes place within 2 to 7 business days after the order is processed and the package has been dispatched. Packages are fully trackable.
  • Deliveries to non-EU countries may experience delays due to customs procedures.
  • Packages shipped from the EU require separate payment of customs fees to the delivery company.

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed by any courier, as stated in our Terms and Conditions (section 6.1).
