Passphrase display on device
I was having difficulty entering the correct passphrase on the device, the letters getting replaced by asterisks as you type. This disappearing action gives no feedback on the entry. I was advised by Customer Support that the whole passphrase can be seen at once by tapping the row containing the passphrase. The reply came promptly, within 24 hours, saving me a lot of effort as I didn't know of this feature before.

Patience, you are not alone!!
I tried the trouble shooting section before asking for help but was not successful. The customer rep that later contacted me did give me more thorough instructions and that solved the problem. My suggestion: try answering customers questions at least twice per day. One every day or two feels slow. But Im really happy with the results!!!
