Terms & conditions
By joining the Trezor Refer-A-Friend Program, you agree to these rules.

- Friends must place and pay for an order of $49 or more (before taxes and shipping).
- First Advocate Rule: Your first referral link “locks” that friend to you, so you’ll keep earning rewards for their future referred orders, even if they use someone else’s coupon later.
Rewards
- Rewards are discount vouchers emailed within 21 days after your friend's purchase is confirmed.
- Vouchers can be combined on a single order but may not be valid for all products.
- If the referred order is cancelled, refunded, or disputed, the reward may be removed.
Sharing Rules
- Share links for personal, non-commercial use only.
- No posting on coupon sites, public forums, or social media you don't own.
- No spam, bots, or self-referrals.
Discount Use
- Referral discounts can't be combined with other promotions or offers (e.g., Black Friday).
- Friends must use your link directly for you to get credit.
Program Changes & Violations
- Trezor may suspend or end your participation for fraud, abuse, or breaking the rules.
- Rewards and discounts can be revoked if terms are violated.
- The program may be changed or ended at any time.
Taxes

Your questions, answered
How can I use my $20 reward?
Rewards are emailed as vouchers redeemable at checkout on trezor.io. To use, add items to your cart, copy the voucher code from the email, and apply it on the cart page. The discount will apply automatically — you can even use multiple codes at once.
Is there a limit to how many times my referral link can be used?
You can refer up to 50 friends per year, earning $20 for each successful order over $49 (max $1,000/year).
My reward isn't working—what should I do?
If your discount code isn't working, check for typos and enter it exactly as you received it in the reward email. Ensure you haven't exceeded the 50-referral limit. If using multiple codes on one order, make sure they're all $20 rewards from this referral program. If the issue persists, contact Trezor Support.
Can my friend combine the 10% with other promotions?
No. The 10% Trezor Shop discount your friend receives from this program can't be combined with other promotions or codes.
I referred a friend, they used my link and discount, but I didn't get an email notification or reward. Why?
You might not get a reward notification if your friend's order hasn't been paid yet, didn't meet the $49 minimum, or is already "locked" to another advocate under the First Advocate Rule.
