After asking for support, I managed to solve the problem myself very soon after, so support was not required. After my initial request, the support was promised within 3 working days and a reply was indeed received after this time. It was reassuring to find that the promised response was received - this is not always the case with some companies - but a 3 day wait would have been very inconvenient if I'd been unable to solve the problem myself..

Well I had a shipping mishap on my end and your support team could not have been more helpful. They stepped me thru everything I needed to do to remedy the situation and even corrected me when I submitted forms incorrectly. Everything worked out. Much appreciated their support. -nikki

After I ordered, I wanted to cancel the order due to some reasons. The customer service helped me a lot and was very patient. Really good experience.

PayPal glitched on payment page, took my money but order never got processed. I verified that with Support Team the same day and quickly placed a new order after talking to my bank. I think they did expedited ahipping for that snag, which was a nice touch. I placed my order on Friday, got it Sunday morning same week, bravo.

I received my Trezor safe and it probably got tossed around during shipping and caused the packaging to puncture so I mentioned it to customer service and I got a quick refund not questions asked. The device probably was okay but I didn't want to take a chance using it.
