Special shout out to Libor at Trezor Customer Support. The guy is on a 24/7 mission to resolve every query I have, of which there have been many. And the device and Trezor suite app are great. For me personally, Trezor is the best, can't recommend them enough.

I just nearly had a full blown meltdown as my Trezor 5 wasn't working, however a simple solution fixed it. But I have to say Libor, who I've sent more queries to than probably any one else, is so helpful. Trezor customer support is first class, you can rest assured if you have a problem, they are going to do the best they can to get it resolved. And I might just mention the device itself. I personally love the Trezor 5. The Trezor Suite mobile app for iPhone is a bit limited but good enough for my needs, and the desktop app, which I prefer to use is very good. So 5 stars from me.

Well I reached out for assistance from Trezor support and they sent me replies and I did not read them carefully and I was responding with impatience and anger. And the support person was very kind, stuck with me and helped me eventually.

I love my Trezor Safe 5. I love the videos walking you through the use of their products and the easy directions provided in the packages. I love their customer support (fast, courteous, responsive) that provides quick response, status, and frequent updates. I now recommend Trezor and will be a repeat customer.

I have been using the Trezor Safe 5 for over a year now and I’m completely satisfied with it. A huge advantage for me is that both the Firmware and Hardware are fully open source. This provides an additional level of security and was a key factor in my choice between Trezor and Ledger. Everything works smoothly, like Swiss precision. I haven’t noticed any serious bugs or issues. The only things I would like to see improved: A premium Trezor model made from metallic materials, titanium, or other more affordable alloys, possibly with shock resistance and water protection. Support for even more popular and in-demand coins and networks, such as TON and TRON (TRC20). And of course, NFT functionality (I’ve noticed that support is already gradually being implemented). A more complete mobile application that allows full management of Trezor, just like the desktop versions.
