He clearly laid a foundational base of knowledge for me to understand how everything works, from my device, to crypto in general, to other questions I had, and more. He took his time, didn’t make me feel dumb, was very relatable and friendly, and made the new process of jumping into this world enjoyable and less scary. Placed a order for a safe 5 then realised I wanted a safe 7 instead. Asked the chat bot who opened a ticket for me & the order was cancelled within minutes by a human agent. Usually something like that would take days for a response so I’m very impressed by the customer service.

The initial instructions didn't work for me, but with a little effort on my part, I was able to figure out what to do to get the recovery code on my Trezor re-instated. And it worked out easily after that.

I researched a lot of different cold wallets prior to deciding on which one was the best for me. I am new to this space and I wanted to do everything right and I came in with the mindset of investing here and there with money that I could be okay losing if it came down to that while learning. I took the approach that there was no pressure and just looked at it as adventure. I tried another wallet and decided that I would use that one for my "burner" wallet and use the Safe 7 as my main one. I ordered it came fast. I remembered learning to inspect the packaging for any signs of tampering and it was as it should be and the security sticker was at the bottom. It was super easy to connect and set up. The setup includes checking the if the wallet is authentic and it tells you. The Safe 7 is easy to navigate and it pairs nicely with the software and overall, my experience has been really great. The haptic feedback when navigating the device is really nice and the sturdiness of the wallet makes me feel like it will last. The colors are nice and I chose the green. I think the device has a very appealing and high-end look to it. Overall, I really feel like this is great option for me.

Nick made my day! I thought I had lost a fair amount of crypto and he found it in about 5 minutes. We concluded a very productive session with a 'send' BTC transaction which just posted in my Coinbase account. Thanks Nick, Ray

It's a real pleasure to use Safe7. I had an older model for three years, which I just replaced. I've had plenty of problems with platforms like Binance and Coinbase, but never with Trezor. Total freedom to send or receive without ceilings or limits, and often instantly. Of course, you have to be careful before confirming a transaction, as they are irreversible.

I got a problem of visibility of my tokens on Trezor Suite and it was resolved with a precise advice of Trezor team. Thanks a lot!
