I think this was the first time contacting Trezor support and it was excellent. Over several weeks, many emails were exchanged until I finally realised that the problem didn't exist and I had made a massive error! Trezor were very supportive and helped me work through the original "problem" until I finally realised my mistake. I feel very embarrassed about my error but they have been very courteous about the whole thing. I can highly recommend Trezor hardware wallets and Trezor support to anyone using crypto.

It my opinion it is extremely difficult to give a review of value without fully testing a product. I have just recommended Trezor safe 7 or 5 to a HNW good friend of mine, after his complaining about a rival product, however, I will not repeat that company as this is a review of Trezor. Over the past 18 months, I have tried and tested Trezor and most alternatives - more as a security geek than necessity. Subsequent to testing, Trezor is, and remains, my primary core essential in my security defense. After recent re-testing (with tech criteria results tested and retested by peers) Trezor.oi products, safe 5 and safe 7 on security, reliability, cost etc are clearly the winner, with Ledger and Onekey, respectively 2nd and 3rd place, a clear margin behind Trezor, again, only my opinion. My first Trezor purchase, 15 months ago, was a Trezor Safe 5. I found this, at the time to be a masterclass in security in comparison. "Best-in-class" as well as an overused marketing slogan, really did apply to the Safe 5 and subsequently I found the the safe 7. Transitioning from the Safe 5 to the Safe 7 felt like upgrading my digital fortress. Not essential as the safe 5 was adequate for the job but I was happy and willing to pay a tiny percentage of my funds to enhance my security. Lessons learned from my costly past. On using the safe 7, the haptic feedback and larger touchscreen made navigating the interface slightly easier, the NDAA-compliant Secure Element provides unmatched peace for my mind. I own multiple Trezor devices, a have two Safe 5s and my Safe 7 is my ultimate hardware cold wallet. The two Safe 5 are my and cool wallets, as I call them, distributing my crypto assets across these hardware wallets eliminates any single point of failure for my entire portfolio. With the bulk in safe cold wallet storage. Furthermore, I found using the Safe 5 as my, now, cool wallet while keeping the Safe 7 for deep storage allows me to balance accessibility with maximum defense. In an era where digital threats are evolving daily, Trezor’s open-source philosophy ensures transparency you can trust. In my opinion, if you value your financial sovereignty, the Safe 5 and the Safe 7 is an essential piece of my security infrastructure. ALWAYS do you own research and due diligence. NEVER treat reviews as anything more than an opinion.

They were very kind in explaining what the error might have been, and the response was quick in my opinion.

They responded within a day which was helpful and provided me with a number of solutions albeit, it was a decision I made in trouble shooting that resolved the issue, but they did get back to me swiftly

Previous bought Cold Wallet not saying brand but lost 10 cheap coins … from that experience watched Trezor ads & Crypto experts so Decided TREZOR SAFE 7 was for me even followed in-unpacking vid….. So easy to use never usually never write on items but the Trezor safe 7 deserves my time & I’m a beginner.
