The direction was step by step. Efficient and direct. We walked through all the requirements and he asked multiple times if I had any questions or if there was anything I didn’t understand and even though I know it was a setup support cal, he made it feel customized. Model T firmware update failure - SOLUTION
I've got a Model T Trezor. On trying to do a firmware update, the Model T came up with an error.
I tried a different cable, port, but all failed to fix it. On contacting Trezor, Andrew suggested I click on the hamburger symbol (top right if Model T. This was after swiping the screen and plugging in the Model T at the same time. This brought up a factory reset, which I clicked on. once this was done, I selected new model T from the drop list and clicked on "Select". I had to redo the firmware update, which was successful, replug device in, and create a new PIN. Then enter my long seed phrase. After completion, my funds were back and all was good. Thank you Andrew!

I originally chose the Trezor Safe 7 product after researching the company and product. I was very impressed with the company history (related to Bitcoin) and of course commitment to security.
The Safe 7 I ordered arrived without the specified holographic seal covering the USB-C port. I immediately contacted Trezor support and "Ben" assisted me with correcting the issue. Ben's follow through was timely and excellent. After confirming the issue with the original device Trezor (Ben) had a replacement sent to me. I could not ask for anything further from a company. The issue was corrected immediately and to my full satisfaction. Thanks to Ben's professional actions. I plan to purchase another hardware wallet from Trezor in the future, the company has proven they value thier customers.
