I originally chose the Trezor Safe 7 product after researching the company and product. I was very impressed with the company history (related to Bitcoin) and of course commitment to security.
The Safe 7 I ordered arrived without the specified holographic seal covering the USB-C port. I immediately contacted Trezor support and "Ben" assisted me with correcting the issue. Ben's follow through was timely and excellent. After confirming the issue with the original device Trezor (Ben) had a replacement sent to me. I could not ask for anything further from a company. The issue was corrected immediately and to my full satisfaction. Thanks to Ben's professional actions. I plan to purchase another hardware wallet from Trezor in the future, the company has proven they value thier customers.

I was so worried about crypto and going out into this new world and my first transaction went into tokens and not crypto so I couldn't find it! I assumed the customer service would all be automated and I would get nowhere but in fact, they were amazing! The tone of the emails treated me like a person, reassured me and dealt effectively with my problem. If only all customer service was like this!

I bought a Trezor Safe 3 and the experience has been great so far. The device feels very secure, intuitive for beginners, and comfortable to use, even for everyday transactions.
What impressed me the most was the customer support. My original package was stolen during shipping, and the Trezor support team handled the situation with a lot of patience and professionalism. They were kind, responsive, and helped me solve everything without making the process stressful.
