I discovered that my crypto funds on my Trezor One device wallets were not accessible on 10/11/2025. I emailed your support on 10/12 and promptly received the help I needed via a series of exchanged emails with agent Libor to wipe and restore my wallet successfully. Daria really knew her stuff and presented with confidence and, yes, much patience. That helped a lot. I was surprised at how accurate and helpful the follow up email was. Loved all the attached links too. She was so congenial through it all and seemed like someone I would like to have as a friend. Only, problem I had was with the Trezor device itself. Much too small to accommodate the size of my fingers, causing me to hit more than one box at at time.

This is my second rave review of the personal assistance and encouragement I have received (completely unexpected) from the Trezor Experts Department. I'm a novice with my Trezor wallet. Not only was my Trezor expert (Daria) outstanding and patient in teaching me how to use it, but a few days later, when I wasn't sure how to re-schedule my next appointment with her, I received a personal email (from Eric), with not only instructions, but also with appreciation and genuinely cheering me on. No. You need access to a computer with an internet connection to attend your Trezor Expert Onboarding Session. When it’s time, click the "Join your session" link in your email on your computer, with your Trezor device in hand.
How do I schedule my Trezor Expert Onboarding Session?
After completing your order on the Trezor Shop, you’ll get a purchase confirmation email with a link to schedule your session. Select a date and time from the available options, and you’ll soon be on your way to setting up your Trezor.
Can I reschedule my session?
You can reschedule your Trezor Expert Onboarding Session once, but you must do so at least 72 hours before the session begins. Rescheduling isn’t possible if your session is scheduled to start within 72 hours.
How do I prepare for the session?
