Trezor's Tech Support is unmatched!
My video session with Nick was extremely helpful! His technical knowledge goes well beyond just the Trezor-related things. He helped me not only better understand the specific Trezor Suite navigations to deal with non-native coins, but answered several of my technical questions to better understand the various "back-end" digital communications going on related to coins, tokens, blockchains, networks, exchanges, and dApps. There is no substitute for the communication "bandwidth" provided by a video call with Trezor Experts like Nick, compared to emails or ChatBots. I think Trezor's tech support methods and options are umnmatched. If you plan to get a hardware wallet, go with Trezor!

From a beginner's point of view.
I am a beginner when it comes to Bitcoin and Bitcoin Wallets. Trezor was recommended to me by trusted friends. The entire experience was very positive. I received emails asking if there were any questions prior to my meeting session, which was very nice. All of my questions were addressed prior to the session and also reviewed during the session. My Trezor Expert, Daria, was fantastic! She was very professional, knowledgeable, a pleasure to talk to and answered all of my questions. She was very patient, and made sure I understood every topic we discussed. I felt like I was sitting with a good friend as she walked me through our review items. She even went over our time limit a bit to make sure we covered and reviewed everything. Additionally, she wrote out a detailed summary of what we discussed, as well as further explanations and detailed documentation of additional questions I came up with during our meeting. I am going to schedule another session to make sure I retained all of the information and ask additional questions I no doubt will have. And I am going to schedule it with Daria! She is the best!! Phishing folks go away - I'm not worth the effort
I have been hammered with phishing attacks and forward a few to Trezor support just as an FYI. They are always responsive and super helpful. It's too bad there are so many bad actors in the world. I appreciate the folks at Trezor that help me keep what little crypto I have safe.

Wow. The Trezor team really knows there stuff! I transferred some crypto from my Coinbase account and it never showed up on my wallet. I was so upset! I reached out to the support team with little info because I didn't know what went Wrong. Andrew replied and knew exactly what happened! He told me where I could find it and how to get it back. Detailed and quick response time.
Hal the bot was very helpful in providing possible solutions to my issue, however I still felt I needed to raise a ticket. In the end however it was some additional searching of the Trezor Suite app on my part that resolved the issue. I needed to Reset the App. The issue occurred when I switched from a universal wallet to BTC only, which resulted in duplicate wallets, one connected and the other not connected! Was mildly stressful. The guys from Trezor did however get back to me quickly and were very helpful in their explanation of what had occurred.
