Own your data like a boss with Trezor

I received fantastic service from Jakub... he was patient, thorough and very kind to me throughout our many email exchanges over several weeks. I can't recommend him enough! I'm not tech savvy and he guided me through the process of all my issues. He's a very valuable employee and deserves a promotion!

I was sent a phishing email warning me about criti󠄉cal secu󠄉rity vulner󠄉ability. I forwarded this suspected email to Trezor support team for verification. Within 10 minutes, I received a reply email confirming that my email was indeed a fake email. I greatly appreciate Trezor's team speed and support!

Response was quick and advice was clear. Hope my provision of evidence from my scam mail; will disrupt and stop the scam artists.

Trezor safe 5, clean simple design, enviroment friendly package, easy to use. Had an issue with starting using it, customer service was fast and super helpful. Recommended!

Trezor is a reliable cold wallet provider. I have used Trezor for years and I have not encountered any issues with them. However, their competitor Ledger offers a bit more advanced services. If you just need a simple and minimum risk cold wallet, Trezor would be the choice. If you want to use some advanced feature with crypto, Ledger would be the choice. I use both.

Michelle was very patient. The trezor gadget was giving me alot of problems not responding to my finger but she hung with me until it worked.

The relevant section of the online manual said "not available in your country, contact support". I did so and got a really quick and helpful reply that solved the problem. Excellent service.

I have to say that the team at Trezor was very helpful, fast, and professional. I was frustrated with Ledger after receiving a defected item and couldn’t get any help except a robot. I learned about Trezor after the fact and had a small hiccup when ordering the Trezor Safe 5. But it took no time at all for the their team to take care of the issue and my new wallet arrived. It was very easy to set up and I Love the layout of the whole thing. Thanks to the team and Trezor. I will be ordering 2 more before the end of the year. I recommend anyone looking for a crypto wallet to get with Trezor.

The Trezor application is an improvement over the prior one I used. The instruction set-up team was patient and explained the process and use of the device in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommended.
