Both of my onboarding sessions really helped me out being new to crypto and only having very basic computer skills. I look forward to more training sessions. I feel I still need more guidance to feel comfortable moving crypto on and off the exchange to wallet.

I tried for an hour to remove a ETH CLASSIC from the left column and with his email in 5 seconds it was corrected

Customer Service is well organized and consistent which allowed me to feel more confident in the procedures. The announcements concerning appointment time were placed at just the moments in assuring me all was well and still on board. This appointment was so pleasing because I am not computer savvy and therefore apprehensive. Josh was so calming and made everything seem logical and easy to follow. I have very good experience with Trezor. One i got a couple yesr sgo snd works well. Last month i ordered second for my girlfriend and courrier from gls company give that to another else. Received my product 4 days ago and I already love it!! I also like the fact that their mobile app is watch-only, not connecting directly to your cold wallet which is a great plus! I also purchased the 20 words stick but I don't know how to use it properly.
