Pre ordered the SAFE 7, I got constant updates. Eventually pace arrived incomplete. Contacted support quick response. The parcel had been split into 2. Second parcel arrived 1 day later. All in all a good experience. Absolutely love the product.

This is the first time I buy trezor. I would like to share my experience. Amazing, easy and extremely friendly. The quality is a top notch! I have done my first transaction from start to finish from start the wallet, exchange ,transaction and receiving it to the trezor 38 seconds- that’s blows my mind - the fastest wallet I have ever tried.

Exceptional Customer Service - Problem Solved Quickly I purchased a Trezor last week and while the ordering process was flawless, unfortunately the package got lost and never arrived at the pickup point. I contacted Trezor's customer support on Saturday, and I was truly impressed by their response. After verifying that the package was indeed lost, they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent. By Friday, I had received the new package. The customer service team was professional, efficient, and made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. They took full responsibility for resolving the issue even though it wasn't their fault. Highly recommend both the product and the company behind it!

I experienced a delivery issue with UPS, which left my parcel stuck in an inaccessible pickup point. Despite the situation not being caused by them, Trezor’s support team handled everything professionally. Ester responded quickly, processed the refund without delay, and guided me clearly through each step. I have since reordered my device with a different carrier, and the overall customer service experience has been excellent. Truly appreciative of the support I received.

I live on Svalbard, where the selected shipping companies generally don't deliver, but the Trezor customer service team found a solution for me so the delivery could be arranged.

I bought a trezor at full price and a few days later it went on sale before mine had arrived 40% off. I asked if they would honor the sale price and to my amazement they did, they refunded me the 40% they didn't have to do that. They clearly value a good experience and as such I will shop with them again.

I tried by myself to sort my pairing XDC with 3rd partys to no avail. Trezor expert Shawn sorted it in no time at all and gave me valuable isights into the handling of my assets. It was a valuable 1hr experience
