Exceptional Customer Service - Problem Solved Quickly I purchased a Trezor last week and while the ordering process was flawless, unfortunately the package got lost and never arrived at the pickup point. I contacted Trezor's customer support on Saturday, and I was truly impressed by their response. After verifying that the package was indeed lost, they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent. By Friday, I had received the new package. The customer service team was professional, efficient, and made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. They took full responsibility for resolving the issue even though it wasn't their fault. Highly recommend both the product and the company behind it!

Despite the situation not being caused by them, Trezor’s support team handled everything professionally. I asked if they would honor the sale price and to my amazement they did, they refunded me the 40% they didn't have to do that. Can I reschedule my session?
You can reschedule your Trezor Expert Onboarding Session once, but you must do so at least 72 hours before the session begins. Rescheduling isn’t possible if your session is scheduled to start within 72 hours.
How do I prepare for the session?
After completing your order, you’ll receive a link to watch a prep video. Additionally, make sure you have a compatible USB cable, pen, stable internet connection, secure environment, and your Trezor device ready in your hands.
