Received the help that I needed
I discovered that my crypto funds on my Trezor One device wallets were not accessible on 10/11/2025. I emailed your support on 10/12 and promptly received the help I needed via a series of exchanged emails with agent Libor to wipe and restore my wallet successfully. I am QUITE happy to recover access to my cryptos!

I genuinely appreciate Daria's patience and professionalism during my onboarding session. She explained things thoroughly and in easy to understand terms. She encouraged me to ask questions throughout rather than waiting until the end of the session. She is also prompt and sent me a follow up email with useful information. Daria really knew her stuff and presented with confidence and, yes, much patience. That helped a lot. I was surprised at how accurate and helpful the follow up email was. Loved all the attached links too. She was so congenial through it all and seemed like someone I would like to have as a friend. Only, problem I had was with the Trezor device itself. Much too small to accommodate the size of my fingers, causing me to hit more than one box at at time.

The questions I had concerned the Digital Signature that is required now when transferring Crypto to an Exchange. The fast reaction to my mail and the support I got during during working on the issue was very good.

My Trezor would not turn on after a firmware update, I contacted the Trezor support team, they were straight forward, they told me a quick process I had to do in order to get it replaced. A couple of weeks later I received a brand new device. Impressive support team! Well done!
