Trezor order pickup points and locker box delivery

Trezor does not have a physical shop, so orders can't be picked up in person. All orders ship directly to you from our fulfillment centers.

However, if you'd prefer not to have your order delivered to your home address, you can choose a pickup point or locker box at checkout in select countries.

Packeta/Zásilkovna pickup points and locker boxes are available in:

Czechia
Slovakia
Poland
Germany Select this option during checkout. Your order will be delivered to the pickup location you choose, and you'll receive a PIN or notification when it's ready to collect.

Pickup point availability depends on your delivery country. If you don't see this option at checkout, it's not yet available in your region.
