RYO Coin is part of a Web3 Digital Payment System that is under development by Zenza Capital and is built on a proprietary layer-1 blockchain (RYO Platform). RYO and the RYO Platform were developed to enhance online commerce, facilitate face- to-face and remote contactless payments, and to leverage certain existing and mass-market financial infrastructure such as ATMs and card processing systems. The blockchain, wallet, and server node technologies have already been developed and are in limited use by test users outside the Company. While currently deployed on the Ethereum network utilizing the ERC-20 for token issuance and transaction processing, plans are in place to migrate RYO to the Mainnet next year.
