Royal Silver Token (RXAG) is a precious-metal-referenced token (crypto-asset) designed to reference the market value of one troy ounce of silver (XAG). Because silver prices move, the token’s value in USD/EUR can rise or fall with silver prices and market conditions; it should not be viewed as a fiat-pegged stablecoin. The Issuer intends to back RXAG with allocated, insured physical silver reserves. Token issuance is designed to be limited to verified holdings, supported by independent certifications and periodic audits. The Issuer may also maintain supplementary liquid collateral (e.g., fiat reserves or stablecoin collateral) to support operational liquidity and redemptions.
