Your questions, answered
Is this really free?
Yes. Your code takes 100% off the device price, so the only thing you pay is standard shipping to your address. Depending on where you live there may be local import customs duties. These duties are set by your country’s rules and are not covered by Trezor.
What if my code doesn’t work?
Each code is single-use and may be limited to one specific device. If it’s already been used, has expired, or doesn’t match the device you’ve selected, you’ll see a message explaining what went wrong. Still stuck? Contact the company who sent you the code for further assistance.
Can I choose either device?
That depends on your code. Some codes are for the Model T, some for the Model One, and some let you choose either. When you enter your code, we’ll tell you which device(s) it covers.
How long will my free device receive support?
Both the Model T and Model One are retired from sale, not from support. Critical security updates continue on both until at least 2036. The Model T also continues to receive feature updates until at least 2031, while the Model One will receive maintenance only, no new features.
Can I return it?
No. Because these devices are provided free of charge, we do not accept returns.
