Jack, in service was very helpful. Good wallet with open source software, that greedy coldcard pillaged from. Because of service primarily I'll always have a Trezor.

Dear Trezor Team, I recently purchased a Trezor Safe 5, and I want to start by saying thank you. Everything works great, and I truly admire the work you do for the self-custody and crypto community. As a new owner, I am already considering upgrading to the Safe 7 in the future. However, there is one major barrier that is holding me back, and I wanted to share this feedback with you. In hardware security, peace of mind comes from full clarity during every single step and interaction. When a device or its software defaults to English without local language support, it adds unnecessary stress for non-native speakers who want to be 100% sure about the actions they are confirming. Adding support for the Russian language would make a huge difference. Russian remains one of the most widely spoken languages across many regions, including countries throughout Eastern Europe and Central Asia (such as Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, and others). Providing a localized interface in Trezor Suite would make your devices significantly more accessible, reduce user anxiety, and give a massive competitive advantage among the large Russian-speaking crypto community worldwide. Absence podpory v polštině je největší nevýhodou tohoto produktu. The lack of Polish-language support is the biggest drawback of this product.
