Useless. Substandard light USB-C cable doesn’t connect at the safe 3. No “click”. I used a better quality cable and got the safe 3 to connect to Trezor Suite. I made a transfer to the wallet but, cannot get the walled synced! I would not recommend this service. A total frustration.

That definitely doesn’t sound like the experience we want anyone to have. The USB-C connector on a new Trezor Safe 3 can feel a bit firm at first, but it should become smoother after a few uses. This one gets a 4* because of 2 things 1) I only ordered this one because the first one I bought of trezor T (iirc) stopped working for no reason 2) few coins supported
