So far so good! The device is simple to use and I learned moving BTC from exchange to wallet while following the instructions. The only challenge was when I tried to download suite on my windows, it didn't work. But I tried "continue in. browser" option and it went well for me.

Anything considering the product itself is great. I loke the look, i like the simplicity and i love the peace of mind it gives me about storing my bitcoin.
But i would like to make a suggestion about the app on the computer.
Could you maybe add more of like starting tips when it comes to buying and selling and such immediately after finishing up the startup. It would make a big difference in the way people use it and if they even use it. I haven't used it yet but it has been on my mind from the beginning. I know you do the Youtube videos in which you explain it in great detail but some tips and maybe little bit of prasing yourself in the simplicity of buying/selling in app would do wonders. Hopefuly you find this suggestion interesting, and thank you for creating such a great product.

I have not used it, just unpacked, all good. what I dont like is the USB cable connection. And one suggestion: I am seriously interested in a signing device that looks like something else, like a glasses casing, an sd card reader or a table thermometer/hygrometer or such, maybe a usb handheld fan. This will become more and more important when traveling across borders. It does not have to be small, just inconspicuous.
