Great onboarding session for complete beginners. A second follow up session is very helpful - because after you have used the Trezor for a while you end up with questions you want clear answers to. It’s nice to have someone answer them in person.

I already use a Trezor Safe 3, which I'm already extremely satisfied with, and I couldn't resist purchasing a Trezor Safe 5 as well. It was incredibly easy to set up and very comfortable to use. The Trezor is of high quality, and the accompanying Trezor Suite software is very clear and easy to use. From a security perspective, the Trezor is also at the top of the range, and it's fully open source. I can't imagine a better storage solution for my coins than the Trezor.

Good support from Trezor. I needed some guidance I MIGHT have found myself in the documentation but the support crew answered politely anyway.

The service was impeccable. I required twice their assistance since I purchased my wallet a year ago and I got the best help there was to offer honestly. My personal advice to anyone that wishes to buy a cold wallet I would recommend Trezor. Best device for beginners. Very basic and very simple interface.

It's been a good wallet. I had one issue where I couldn't access a wallet after updating the desktop and device firmware. Otherwise it's been good. I would recommend it over Ledger.
