Concierge trading in Trezor Suite

Concierge is a trading option in Trezor Suite for large cryptocurrency purchases and sales. You'll find it as a dedicated tab in the Trade menu, alongside Buy, Sell, and Swap. Trades are handled by BTC Direct.

Requirements

Concierge is available to users in the SEPA area. If your country isn't supported, Continue will be greyed out. Check BTC Direct's supported countries for the full list.

The minimum trade amount is €50,000 or $50,000. Transactions can be made in EUR or USD. USD transactions must come from a European bank account.

How to use Concierge

Click Buy & Sell or Swap in the top-right corner of Trezor Suite to open the Trade menu, then select the Concierge tab.

Your country of residence and provider (BTC Direct) are shown on the screen. Confirm these are correct and click Continue. You'll be redirected to the BTC Direct form.

Fill in your order details and personal information. A BTC Direct representative will follow up with next steps, including KYC verification and trade execution.

BTC Direct manages all KYC and identity verification. Trezor doesn't store or handle any personal data from this process.
