Expected delivery times

All orders are usually processed and handed over to the delivery provider within 1 day. However, estimated delivery times can vary from country to country.

Please note we do not dispatch packages during weekends and public holidays. See the list of public holidays here.

Delivery within the UK

• There are two available options Standard shipping and Expedited shipping.
• Delivery service provider is Royal Mail, operated by ShipMonk.
• Estimated delivery time:
• Expedited shipping: 1 - 2 business days
• Standard shipping: 2 - 3 business days

Delivery within the USA

• There are two available options Standard shipping and Expedited shipping.
• The available options are USPS, OnTrac, UPS, FedEX and DHL, and for express shipment, UPS and FedEX.
• Estimated delivery time:
• Expedited shipping: 1 - 2 business days
• Standard shipping: 2 - 5 business days

Delivery in Europe and to the rest of the world (except the UK and USA)

Within the EU

Packeta (Zásilkovna in Czechia)

• Available in Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Germany.
• Delivery in 1–5 business days (depending on country) after the order is processed and the package has been dispatched.

PPL

• Available in some EU countries.
• Delivery up to 9 business days (depending on country)

GLS

• Available in some EU countries.
• Delivery up to 7 business days (depending on country)

DHL

• Delivery in 1 - 4 business days (depending on country)

UPS

• Delivery in 1 - 5 business days (depending on country)

Non-EU countries

• Operated by DHL, UPS
• Delivery takes place within 13 business days (depending on the country and carrier) after the order is processed and the package has been dispatched. Packages are fully trackable.
• Hong Kong: 1-2 business days (from local fulfilment) via SF Standard Express carrier.
• Deliveries to non-EU countries may experience delays due to customs procedures.
• Packages shipped from the EU require separate payment of customs fees to the delivery company.
