Bluetooth troubleshooting
Bluetooth connections make it easy to link your Trezor Safe 7 to your computer or phone without the hassle of cables. When these connections fail, it can be frustrating and disruptive.
If you’re struggling to pair your Trezor Safe 7 with your desktop or mobile device, try the following:
- Check the devices are in close proximity
- Make sure bluetooth is enabled on both devices
- Remove old Trezor device Bluetooth connections
- Restart your device(s)
- Turn Bluetooth on/off again
- Forget and re-pair the devices
- Update Trezor firmware and your desktop or mobile OS
