Bluetooth troubleshooting

Bluetooth connections make it easy to link your Trezor Safe 7 to your computer or phone without the hassle of cables. When these connections fail, it can be frustrating and disruptive.

If you’re struggling to pair your Trezor Safe 7 with your desktop or mobile device, try the following:

  • Check the devices are in close proximity
  • Make sure bluetooth is enabled on both devices
  • Remove old Trezor device Bluetooth connections
  • Restart your device(s)
  • Turn Bluetooth on/off again
  • Forget and re-pair the devices
  • Update Trezor firmware and your desktop or mobile OS
