Official Lizard Coin (LIZARD) is a Solana-based memecoin launched on February 12, 2026 via Pump.fun. The token was created by @igreenscreenthings, the original creator of the viral "Lizard Lizard Lizard" green-screen meme template that took over TikTok and social media in 2025. The meme, originating from a post-credits scene in the Pixar film Elio, was transformed into a widely-used green-screen template by @igreenscreenthings, generating over 78,000 TikTok videos.
The project connects the original meme creator — who has amassed over 5 million followers across all major social media platforms — directly to the crypto space. Unlike most memecoins that adopt viral trends without any connection to the source material, LIZARD is launched and backed by the verified creator of the meme itself.
