Lympid is a European Tokenization-as-a-Service company that enables businesses to structure, issue and distribute regulated tokenized securities across the EEA.
Through its status as a registered MiFID tied agent in BaFin, Lympid brings together the regulatory, legal and technological infrastructure required to launch investment products. This includes securities structuring and issuance.
